Airbotics Talent are proud to be working exclusively with a leading international UAS company that is scaling operations across the Gulf Region and wider Middle East. This pioneering robotics business is known for its technical edge and real-world commercial adoption and is now seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to take full ownership of channel growth and partner enablement across the region.
This is a remote, field-based role focused on the Middle East. Ideally candidates will be based in the Gulf region including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based role leading indirect sales expansion, from identifying and onboarding new channel partners to coaching existing distributors and driving large-scale deals in the field. The focus is on quality execution and long-term growth, not just quota-chasing.
You’ll work cross-functionally with global sales and commercial teams but retain a strong regional focus, owning strategic outcomes across the ME territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel across the region to assess, onboard, and train distribution partners
- Identify, negotiate, and close new reseller agreements
- Jointly engage key customer opportunities with partners on-site
- Improve performance of existing partners through in-field coaching
- Build and implement local go-to-market plans aligned with global strategy
- Establish robust partner enablement programs, training schedules, and performance tracking
- Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline transparency and forecasting
- Feed market intelligence back into global sales and product teams
The Person
We’re looking for an experienced regional sales leader with strong relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of ME commercial landscapes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within high-tech, UAV, or industrial hardware
- Proven experience developing or restructuring channel/indirect sales networks
- Strong understanding of partner-based sales dynamics
- Willingness and availability to travel extensively (up to 60%)
- A persuasive, structured approach to complex deal-making
- Fluent English skills, with additional languages (Arabic) being a plus
- Experience in surveying, construction, or mining sectors is also advantageous
- Previous success scaling sales in high-growth, international environments
